Looking for a Light Weight Shell

I just got done making a USB flash drive bootable and threw Windows PE 2.0 on it. Its going to be used at work for ghosting images.

Windows PE 2.0 is great tool, but it lacks any kind of shell. Right now I'm running everything from a command line.

Anyone know of any small light weight shells that can run on the Vista kernel?

I took a look at LiteStep and a few others, but they seem a little too much for what I need a shell for.
