I am looking for a place that I can find the lowest price notebook pc.

The only thing that it is ever going to be used for is word prossesing. I would perfer that it came with no software installed and that it was new.

It seems that all of the refurbished ones either have not warranty on the battery or they dont come with one.

any help would be apriciated.

try the for sale/trade forums here on AT. you may be able to find what your looking for. Even though it wont be new, im sure you could find one damn close to it. worth a try anyway. goodluck
