Looking for a i7 mobo

I'm looking for a good i7 motherboard. Price can be around 300?+. I WILL also overclock. These are the RAMs I'll be buying. Oh and SLI/CrossFire should be supported as well.

So far in mind..

Gigabyte UD5 is what I am looking at, and its cheaper. more sata ports as well. I have heard its a very good overclocker.

Money is not an object (wish it was like this all the time lol). I went for the ASUS Extreme II Rampage anyway...

I'm still waiting for the last part to arrive at the post office (the GTX295), which means I haven't been able to put this thing to work yet. But will be back once i get this rig running.

Unfortunately the graphics card has been seriously delayed, I'm hoping to have it by the middle of next week.

Still no word from the store about the gfx, I'm soon going crazy...
