Looking for a headset and mic

I am hoping this is a pretty simple request here.
What i am looking for is a new, comfy headset and mic.

ideally, I *hope* i can find one where i do not have to have a 'push to talk' button, but it is good enough to detect when I talk, but also not pick up background noise.

Anything out there that folks recommend?
does not need to be fancy, just something comfy and efficient.

Budget wise, looking for something under $80/bucks.

I am open to suggestions as well.

A *headset* is a headphone w/mic attached... is what I have (Sennheiser PC360) for music and gaming. If you have a pr of headphones, you then could get a mic but not always easy to configure that....

I would get a headset rather than a pr of headphones w/ a separate mic.
