Looking for a grey frost-like kit for case windows so I can put custom tag on it

I'm looking for some sort of grey frosting kit so I can put a custom tag on my case window (clan tag actually)

Any clue if/where I can get this sort of thing? I'd like it to be lightly translucent if at all...

Something I can perhaps "rub" onto the window or spray on, or even cut out of a sheet and heat press onto it or SOMETHING like that

A few spraypaint companies make a "frosted" spray for glass or similar surfaces. You'd have to make an excellent stencil and make sure it was flat on the window surface to avoid overspray (or under in this case) but I think it would give you the effect you're seeking.
