Looking for a good web cam program??

I'm looking for a decent web cam program that I can use to upload images of my condo during the day to a web page so I can check while I'm not there. (Want to be able to check in on my new puppy). Any suggestions?

chillcam isnt too bad for a quick little program.. i think you can get it from cnet or lycos or something..
