Looking for a good TV-card. Any advice?

I've noticed there aren't too many brand names in this segment: Hauppauge, Pinnacle and Terratec. But since I'm not familiar with tv-cards, there's still too much to choose from.

Now, I'm looking for the best thing you can get for about 150-200$, something like the Hauppauge WinTV-Theater.

I hear good things about the Leadtek TV tuner card in XP.
Its cheap too around 70 bucks .
