Looking for a good sub 60 dollar video card for a none gamer.

Message says it all I am building a system for a friend and I'm not sure what video card would work best. He might play games here or there but he's not really into them, mostly just a Microsoft office guy who will also surf the net. He may do some video editing and what not in the future. My experence is only with geforce 2's in all the systems I have built and I feel it might be a over kill for him and may not be the best card for what he will be doing. What about a ATI card? any ideas??? Thanks

I'd suggest a matrox card, such as a g400 or g450 singlehead version (most come dualhead i.e. with 2 monitor outputs)

search pricewatch for "g400" or "g450 singlhead" and you'll find pricings.

matrox has GREAT 2D cards...and they will also allow you to do some decent light gaming
