It was recommended I get an Antec NeoPower 650 Blue 650W ATX12V/EPS12V. While I definitely want something that's stable and reliable, I'm wondering if I really need that much. I'd like to keep the cost down considerably less than $100. I'm not going to be gaming, overclocking, and or running dual monitors but here's what I do have:

Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe MO
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+
Artic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU cooler
4GB OCZ dual channel ram
SAPPHIRE 100236L Radeon HD 3650 Video card
2 x DVD-RW
2 x 120GB Seagate HD
1 x floppy
2 case fans

Can I get a good PS that will handle this for less $ or should I stick with the original plan and go with the Antec?

If all you want is something that just works, I'd go with the original suggestion of the VX450. Can't go wrong with Corsair. The Antec's are quite decent, but the quality just doesn't compare.
