Looking for a good set of kitchen/steak knives.

I don't know about kitchen knives, but I purchased the best set of 4 steak knives from Ben Bensons Steak House in Manhattan, NYC. They're a large steak knive with a huge blade, and cut through steak like butter. I think I paid about $10/knife, but well worth it. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase any of those knife sets you see in TV, like the Miracle blade, etc. They are cheep crap.
