Looking for a good projector and laptop

Primary use is going to be for the laptop to be hooked into the projector displaying DVD movies over a 10 foot by 10 foot screen, and display software. This is going to be used in a small church. I heard I want to stay over 2,000 lumens. This isn't really my cup of tea. Aside from basic input/output connections what do I need to look for into buying a good combo.
