Looking for a good PCI-E based board w/ onboard video

As the title says, I'm looking for a good PCI-E based motherboard with onboard video. I've personally narrowed it down to one which I think is pretty good, however I was wondering if some of you computer gurus could give me your opinion!

I'm looking to spend about $100 or less, and I want to buy it from either here:

wow... i just looked through every single motherboard on both of those sites I listed, and the only boards I found were MicroATX form factor... none were normal ATX! is there a reason for this??
