Looking for a good MySQL frontend...query generation, etc.

Hey guys. We're in the process of converting all of our databases at work (student services, stuff like that) from access to MySQL. We've started on the conversion process, but I'm looking for a program that might help support some of our less-experienced staff in building queries, generating reports, etc. They all have enough knowledge to get by in Access, but I'm afraid they might be a bit befuddled by the relative difficulty in generating queries in MySQLFront, MySQLCC, etc. I've got PHPAdmin installed and the query by example is decent, but it doesn't really allow for report generation, that kind of stuff.

Anyway, I'm just fishing for recommendations...I'm working with the EMS Software right now and it seems decent, but is there anything else? I'm not adverse to shelling out some money (preferrably under $200 though) for this package, since it'll get a lot of use.

thanks,
Rob
