Looking for a good motherboard

I don't really need Crossfire or SLI, I'm piecing together a gaming rig right now and I'm trying to figure out which case and which mobo to go for.

I've decided on an opteron 175 (might OC later, not at first though)
and I'm putting in the ati x1900xtx

I was looking at the DFI boards, and was also looking at the ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe

the asus A8R32-MVP is the only ATI CrossFire Radeon XPRESS 3200 out there .
DFI was gonna release one in a week , but havent seen any till now .
