Looking for a Good LCD Monitor

I am trying to look for a good lcd monitor with low ms that would be good for gaming. I game around 6 hours a day. I would like it to be a 19" lcd. I dont want widescreen just an fyi. Some advice would be helpful. Thanks 🙂
 
LG1780U is pretty spiffy.. a lotta ppl have one of the hyundais too, i cant remember off the top of my head but i know its an 8ms monitor.
 
I was looking at the Hyundai L90+ at newegg, it is a really popular lcd. I was thinking of going with that or the Viewsonic VX924 because of its 4ms.
 
The LG L1981Q attracted my eye with the 8 ms also, but it says that it has 16.2 million display colors instead of 7, also that it is 6 bit + frc, can someone elaborate on that for me, im not sure what that means.
