Looking for a good laptop battery

I'm looking for a good laptop battery for my old school Gateway Solo 5300. What is the difference between this $147 laptop battery on Amazon and this $65 battery on Amazon?
 
Usually quality.. hard to see the battery-biz one.. it could say 3000 or 3600 mah.. if thats the case, it's lower than the 65 dollars ones.. the 65 dollar ones almost look like 4400mah (longer life) on the battery itself.. the description says 3800..

I wouldn't really trust generic...
