Looking for a good IP camera w/ sound

I picked up a Airlink101 Wireless IP Cam from Fry's to test out, and for $80 + tax, it works well... but I'm looking for something with better image quality and sound. I wouldn't mind spending a couple hundred bucks.

Anyone have any experience with these types of cameras?

 
Do A Google for Wireless IP Cameras and you'll get a whole lot of high quality options - especially the industrial ones you can aim. There are indoor and outdoors ones as well.

But, with all this investment, wouldn't a locally monitored security system be a better choice? Who is going to react to something you see on video from Singapore?

Would actually be used for pet monitoring.

A cam with PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) would nice, but no doubt pricey.
