Looking For A Good Heatsink!

I just decided to opt for AMD instead of Intel, so I'm looking for an OC friendly heatsink and fan. Please post any suggestions you may have. Links would be appreciated.
 
I'll be going for the Zalman 7000 then, but not the AlCu; there's a pure copper one on newegg for the same price.
 
I have the Zalman 7000 and i <3 it, it runs basicly silently, and ive never had the need to run the fan anything faster than the minimum settings

Ok, just to be clear you are talking about a MOBILE AMD 64 processor, right? I am not sure if you can change the HS/F for a Laptop (i am sure there is a way to do it, I just never have seen one). Most of the HS/F combos talked about in this post is for a normal 64 chip
