looking for a good heat sink

need a good heatsink can't be big though. I have a small case. Im think mabey a zalman 7000-b
Im woundering would you would recomend. My limiting factor looks to be about 3" tall. Thanks

my temps under load are cpu 58/60c system temp from 33 to 35c.

idle cpu 48c system temp 33c (current temps)

If you want significantly lower temperatures then you either need a heatpiped cooler or just more case air flow (that case is pretty cramped). Changing any IDE cables to rounded cables and clearing the area around the CPU from airflow obstructions might actually help out more than changing your heatsink if your airflow is the culprit.

I already did what i could for air flow besides changing the fan. All the wires are way up front out of theway of the air flow. It suxs the air in the sides at the front of the case its a clear shot from there over the cpu and out the back. The only thing in the way is my video card on the one side not much i can do about that though :(
