Looking for a good headset.

Well my fiance was being stupid and broke my favorite headset (plantronics gamecon 777). Rather than going out and buying another identical pair are there any other decent headsets out there on the market made out of stronger material?

What i'am looking for:
Circumaural (a must)
NON-USB (a must, as i hook my headphones up to my guitar amp)
5.1 or 7.1 surround
non-cheap ass material
Clean and clear mic

money is of no issue, but i cant see spending over $200 for headphones

so i would say the $100-$150 range
