Looking for a good guide for oc'ing my opteron 165

Just bought the opteron 165 since prices dropped. Here is my new rig:

Opteron 165 CCBBE 0615DPMW
ASUS a8n Premium
OZC DDR400 Platinum 2gigs
Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500
7900 GTO
74 Gb raptor 8mb cache
250 wd 16 mb cache
Sony 16X DVD±R DVD Burner DRU810A
LIAN LI PC-61 USB

I know that this proc is a good at overclocking, I am relatively new to oc'ing. Do I have to overclock the memory at the same time I'm overclocking the processor?
I need a little help?

Overclocking knowledge isn't gained in a few minutes.

Unless someone who has the same mobo as you feels generous enough to post a step by step guide, you're gonna need to comprehend a little of what you are doing when you go into the bios to start messing with settings.
