Need to zip up my entire CD/MP3 collection for backup. Anyone know of a good and FREE Zip utility program?

No Shareware/Trial stuff....

Right now I'm trying Free Zip which is really Free CRAP.

Thanks guys...

Doesnt XP come with their own compression utility?(and if you dont use xp, my bat) And i think a popular program is winrar.

Yes, I use XP PRo with SP2...

But I thought it doesn't come with any compression program by default??

And ACTUALLY............I'm a idiot. I just looked, and well XP does come with it...

Why the aversion for paying for a good utility.

Are you working for free when you hit the real world?😕

why not? theres free ones out there. not like hes asking for a crack for winzip or winrar.

anyone still got a copy of pkzip??

Doesn't WinRAR work forever?

I thought it just kept nagging you to buy after the trial is up?

I like WinRAR, but 7-Zip would be alright instead i guess.

i bought winzip and later switched over to 7-zip because it worked with more things and i liked the interface better.
