looking for a good Ethernet card

Can anyone recommend a good Ethernet card for under $25. Also include the web address were I can get it.

Netgear, DLink and Linksys are all fairly good network cards at your price range... your local computer stores should have them avaliable...

Also check out the FS/FT forum. Occasionally an Intel Pro 100+ or 3com card will pop up for ~ $20-25 shipped.

I personally avoid the linksys cards because they aren't natively supported in FreeBSD or Win2k.

NetGear f311 are really good. I avoid Dlink cos I had a bad experience with those.
