I'm looking for a good electric razor that will get me as close of a shave as possible. I don't really have a budget, but I imagine I can get something pretty good for around $150 USD.

Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be wireless or anything.

I got one of those Braun self-cleaning dealies for X-Mas. Forget the model number....I've always hated electric razors, but this one works like a champ. After a few shaves with it, I'm very satisfied. (It takes 2-3 shaves for your face to adjust, and to start getting a good shave out of it). You can get them for under $100 at Target.

Same here, I've tried using electric lotion too before shaving to no avail.

I had a Braun that was given to me, that worked pretty well. I went back to razors when it died, though.

Braun 360, still not as close as a standard disposable for me but gets it close enough that I can be completely presentable and professional within a minute shave while my shower heats up. Its made me a believer in electrics.
