Looking for a good digital voice recorder (but cheap)

I need something basic where I can record it straight to Mp3 or wav and then just drag/drop when I get home. Anyone have anything to recommend?

Or perhaps, a recorder with a rechargable battery if its not too pricy?

Doesnt say what format is records in. Sandisks work like portable hard drives so you should be able to drag and drop it like a file.
