Hi. I am looking to upgrade my HTPC with a new highend PCI-E video card (7900GTO) so I can get HD inverse telecine w/ Purevideo, and occaisionally play some flightsim on my Sony 1080p SXRD TV. So I am basically rebuilding the system.

I am looking for a good AMD motherboard for a X2 3800 CPU that can overclock well, and has the realtek ALC880, ALC882 or ALC883 onboard codec. This series of codecs has a driver that autolocks audio so I can get bitperfect CD audio, and autoswitch to DD/DTS 5.1 passthrough on SP/DIF output.

Unfortunately, it's a little hard to search motherboards by the sound chip, so I was wondering if folks here already had experience with such a board.

It can get either S939 or AM2 as I can get either CPU at the same speed rating, though I prefer the 939 somewhat because I can reuse some nice DDR400 RAM that overclocks well.

Thanks in Advance,
