Looking for a good alternative to MS PhotoStory?

Having a load of problems getting this work on laptop, any other alternative that's easy to use?

I want something that would help do slideshow/video of a group of pictures.

Irfanview can do slideshows i think.

(what problems are you having with ms photostory? i did a wedding project just recently and may be able to answer some questions)

I tried it about 2 weeks ago, hadn't had a chance to get to it, but from what I remembered, it crashes when it tries to generate the file. I've tried using different mp3s as background music but both crashes the program.
I'm doing a wedding project as well, mind sharing yours?

I'll give Infranview a try, does it include all the transistions as well?

Irfanview's slideshow is very basic (no transitions or panning effects like photostory)
Nero's is a little more detailed but i can't remember if it included any transitions either.

(did photostory crash when you used it's own music generator? or w/o any music?)
I'll send you a clip of my MS PS3 project tonight.

have you tried Power point? Not sure if you can embed video
