also which of these 2 G. Skill kits is best for high end gaming and medium overclocking?

is it always best to get kits with lower timings versus higher timings for best performance?...also I notice that higher timing kits generally have lower voltage requirements...so a sort of trade off...so which is more important for optimal performance (and medium overclocking), low timings or low voltage?

I have 4GB of PC-6400 Super Talent in this computer right now (since my 680i motherboard ate up and spit out the PC-8000 Micron D9's that were originally on the board, and in the process fried its own memory controller).

They arn't bad. I wouldn't expect to overclock them, but for the price, it is hard to beat. Personally I am trying to find the G.SKILL 2x2GB PC-8500 kit they announced in January, nobody has it in stock.

guys, i've been lurking your thread, i'm going to be purchasing the g.skill 1000 kit to go with my ep35-ds3r motherboard. i'll let you know how overclocking w/ my e8400 goes =)
