It's the image of Indy looking through the small hole in the stone wall from Temple of Doom. He's talking to the chick telling her that if she doesn't stick her hand into the hoard of bugs and pull the release lever, they're going to be crushed.

There's text appearing across the bottom of the screen as he talks. "We... are going... to die..." and then he makes this aww-feel-sorry-for-me frown and the text changes to an actual emoticon of 🙁
