I'm looking to buy a new graphic card under 199$ and should be good enough to run all the games like BF3, TF2, GTAIV and all.

Is it a prebuilt? The power supply and size of the case could affect your choice of graphics card as well.

GTX 560ti or HD 6870 Radeon are the best cards in that price range.

If this is a pre-built system, a 6870 or even the hd6850 is probably your best bet simply due to the power supply likely being of questionable quality. Both are incredibly cheap and well under your $200 price range.
