Are they out there? Something equivalent to the SCT tuner for my Mustang, but for his truck, with canned tunes.

There must be...I haven't looked hardcore, but he seems to think they don't exist. Anyone point me in the right direction....Nissan fanboi's?
 
It's a 2002 stock engine and supercharger. Eating m90 maybe? Not sure what the stock is
 
Uprev with the Stillen supercharger on paper would be really interesting. Would LOVE to see one!
