Looking for a few good NON-3D benchmark apps

I'm looking for some benchmark apps that basically either benchmark different aspects of your system (CPU, RAM, HD speeds, etc).. or just CPU benchmarks. I'd like to see where my Athlon64 X2 4400+ falls in comparison to other CPUs (A64 FX, P4, Intel's dual core, etc).
