Requires .NET 2.0 Framework

The idea of the app is self explainitory. The user specifies keywords to look for, and DealSeeker crawls popular deal sites via RSS to search for it. It will then forward to an e-mail address of your choice (traditional, blackberry, cell phone, etc). I've had it running for a week straight now in my system tray and it hasn't crashed. I've recieved about 45 alerts for various items through the week via SMS. I think this version is ready for public testing.

If you would like to help test, PM me and a beta will be sent on Monday. I will have instructions on using it, and where to send me the error logs, etc. I am looking for about 10 people to help.

Improvements I would like to do in the future:

Better search (not just direct keyword match)
Either more STMP options (SSL support, etc) or a public SMTP server

Thanks

EDIT: Also, if anyone is interested in helping develop as well, I don't mind turning this into a public project. It's written in VB.net, and I will consider porting to another language.

it's a nice idea... but then it's better to check fatwallet and buy stuff that you don't even really need. i just bought some CD+RW this morning.

No, I originally was playing around with some code for experience in .NET, and it kind of spawned into a bigger idea.
