Looking for a fan/heatsink that will fit an Intel mobo in an Overture case

I just got finished dropping my "old" Intel motherboard (D865GBF) and P4 3.0GHz processor into my soon-to-be media server/HTPC housed in an Antec Overture case. The problem is, the socket on the Intel motherboard is pretty close to the edge of the board and the overhang on the Zalman heatsink interferes with the drive cage on the Overture (it's over by 1/4 inch or so)... So I ended up using Intel's stock cooler but it's pretty loud for a box I want to put in my living room. So, I'm looking for a quiet cpu cooler that doesn't hang over as much as the Zalman does...

I also had a quick question on P4 operating temps. I have two processors I want to check on...

I'd like to know how hot a P4 3.0GHz chip and a P4 3.4Ghz chip should be running... I tried the Arctic Silver Ceramique stuff on both of them, the 3.4 is under a Zalman heatsink and the 3.0 is under the stock Intel heatsink...

Thanks...
