Looking for a Fan Controller on my TT case

I have a TT case all stock fans besides this on my CPU Tt Fan I also have a eVGA 6800gt which seems to be making some noise as expected. Would getting this Text make my comp a little less quiet without having to go out and buy all new fans. Also does anyone know if my case will still be able to close with this in it. Finially does anyone know how hard this would be to install.

if you use a fan controller to slow down the fans, it will make a big difference. Switching fans from 12 to 7v sometimes results in fans becoming almost silent For your video card, I've never heard of using a fan controller to set the speed. For that I would suggest a whole new fan if the stock ones too loud. Coolermaster has one that can be ran passively if you don't OC the card. That means no sound generated at all
