Looking for a f4f to mp4 converter

I got some digital copies that are in f4f format and would like to convert them to mp4.

I tried iDealshare VideoGo, but it crashes before I can do anything. It wants a serial number, but I am not paying for something that a demo can't even process for three seconds.

Any suggestions for other software that works? I don't mind spending a little bit for it.

It's a script to convert f4f to flv. You could then either use that directly, or convert it to mp4.
