Looking for a DVD cover template for a slideshow

Not looking for some one on here to make one. I Googled the crap out of this and didn't see squat. I made a slideshow DVD for my pops for Fathers Day, and the last part I'm after is a nice looking template for the DVD box that would fit with disc full of photos. A lot of the pictures are 50+ years old so something that had B&W/Sepia type old look would be great. I know this is a long shot but a lot of people on here seem to have links to everything so it was worth a shot I have Photoshop CS1 and would be willing to buy a PSD layout if it wasn't too expensive. I can't even find a site that sells these that has one similar
