I've seen some have a webcam where they can see two people at the same time via MSN or Yahoo chat.

It is a special kind of camera or it is down to software?
 
The webcam only records you. It doesn't display the other people. The software and the internet are responsible for that.
 
How do I enable two views at the same time like chatting with two friends with MSN? It is MSN software or some extra 3rd party software?

Do you know any?
