It just needs to be good enough to run ARMA 3. Budget is 600 - 800. I dont need a monitor or anything. Just the PC. Thanks.

Which is the best deal?

Those are custom built used computers, some with old Sandy Bridge CPUs. Plus, you still would have to be your own tech support. If you want a used/older computer, you could use the 'For sale' section on this site.

For those amounts, you could be a new Skylake or Haswell computer. You'll still be your own tech support, but at least the parts would be new/current.

I know that, but without knowing the GB of the GPU wouldnt that mean that possibly it couldnt run it?
