Looking for a decent off the shelf PC

It just needs to be good enough to run ARMA 3. Budget is 600 - 800. I dont need a monitor or anything. Just the PC. Thanks.

Those are custom built used computers, some with old Sandy Bridge CPUs. Plus, you still would have to be your own tech support. If you want a used/older computer, you could use the 'For sale' section on this site.

For those amounts, you could be a new Skylake or Haswell computer. You'll still be your own tech support, but at least the parts would be new/current.

The RX 480, regardless if it is the 4GB or 8GB version, is dramatically more powerful than the the GTX 560 or the HD 7750 listed in the recommended specs. Both the HD 7750 and GTX 560 were 1GB video cards.

Gotcha, no problem. The RX 480 is a nice little gaming card. It should keep you gaming nicely for many years. The performance of it has actually gone up a good bit since it was first released as AMD has a great job optimizing their drivers.
