Looking for a decent motherboard

I'm looking for a socket 939 nvidia nforce-4 ultra atx amd motherboard. I'm replacing an Epox board that was absolutely garbage.
I'm relatively new to this, and this is my own personal rig. I won't be doing any overclocking. I've seen alot of good things about Asus, but I also heard alot of good stuff about Epox.
Any suggestions?

I have 3 ASUS mobos in my 3 rigs. Used a few others (ABIT, MSI, SuperMicro, Gigabit, Soyo, DFI), but ASUS works for me.
