Looking for a decent freeware MP3 playlist editor

The thing that comes with Winamp is not really very good - the scrolling especially is just bad. WAY too fast - you try to drag a file up just a "page" but it zips by so fast that it's not usable. And I can't seem to resize the window either, which would definitely help.
So I'm looking for a freeware playlist editor/creator. Does one exist? I found some on Google - editors that is. But they all want money. How dare they. 😉
 
Please excuse me for necroing this thread, but I am looking for the same thing. I'm using a fine playlist creator (playlist creator 3.6.2) but to edit it I can only move to the top, bottom, or one position up or down.

I'm building a massive playlist and frequently need to insert a song several hundred positions.
