I used to have a credit card with Wamu, and one of the 'free' perks was access to you actual credit score each month. But then Wamu kinda pulled the old bug on a windshield routine and was absorbed by another bank that does not offer any such free perk.
Before Wamu, I never really kept tabs on my credit score, but it was interesting to see how it varied from month to month, and it got me into doing research about my credit & learning why it could swing so many points month to month.
Anyway, since Wamu's gone, I'm looking for an alternative. I think these joints that want $15-25/month are a rip. I don't mind paying ~something~, but I'm NOT paying upwards of $300/yr to have access to info about ME. I know I can get a free report from each of the Big 3 for free once a year, but I'm looking for monthly access to my actual score as well.
So is anyone using such a service that charges a reasonable price? Or perhaps has a credit card with a bank that offers this as free perk? I don't mind opening a new card somewhere else for the service... I'd just dump one of my others.

Thanks

Since Fair Issac is the only thing that counts, go with MyFico.com. Take the freebe, and then extnd into a paid year if you wan to keep going.
I just cancelled my myfico.com membership after fixing and then freezing my credit over the last 2 yaers.

I got my car loan and then froze it all, and now just pull a free annual report every 4 months to keep tabs.
