Requirements:

Onboard SATA Raid
PCI-E
Non-nForce chipset (due to the limitation that prevents it from recognizing more that 3GB of RAM...yes, I actually use all that RAM).

Trying to get a little more life out of my current processor and memory investment (there are situations where I start thrashing even with 3GB available), but my current video card is on its last legs (X800 Pro) and the board is AGP only.
