I went to 3 stores today and didn't see much I liked, I hoped on Google and found the one I thought was PERFECT

Gigaset SL780

But of course it's not available in the US, apparently Siemens doesn't want us to have their good phones. So mulling over the weak looking selection of phones I'm seeing locally, I have decided I would look into what the hell I'd need to do to get this phone in the US. I'm going to assume all I'll need is a converter for the power adapter right?

If anyone here is in the UK, I would be willing to throw some $ to get someone to help me get this phone in the US. It looks so perfect, Bluetooth xfer of phone book is pretty awesome. If I wanted to order it online from a UK store and have it shipped where would I start?

I had found that site, no non Euro shipping. That's why I gotta find a dude in the UK who can order it and I can pay them to ship it to me. Not going to be cheap, but there is no equivalent phone here in the US. I paid $200 some years ago for a Panasonic and close to that for an old Siemens Gigaset 4210. I hate having a phone addiction lol

Just make sure its going to work here. I would imagine our phone systems are largely similar but I would want to be sure before spending that kind of money,
