Looking for a company that buys used toner and cartridges

I saw on the hot deals forum earlier this week about a company that buys empty toner cartridges for $5 and inkjet cartridges for $2.50 and they pay for shipping, etc. Can't find it. Anyone recommend any sites that they know about or have used?
 
There are quite a few of these around. The downside to the above listed one is that they only give you half what they advertise unless you want to spend it at some office supplies store. Also you have to sign of for some proprietary paypal type service. They don't take Xerox 4635 cartridges either.
