Looking for a cheap wireless router

Both are around the same price, and I'm planning to pickup a router of some kind tommorow. It will mainly be used to connect my Nintendo Wii to my network, and one Windows 2000 machine that is on the other end of my house.

Is there any advantage to either router? Which one would be the best to go with?

This will be my first wireless router, so any advise is greatly appreciated.

The Buffalo is better.

As is it can do WDS, Static IP, and more. So many poeple do not even need to Flash.

If you Flash with DD-WRT the core capacities are the same.

However the Buffalo High Power provides much better signal than the Boosted Linksys.

Why? Cause the Boosting, Boosts the noise as well, and Wireless is all about Signal to Noise Ratio.

I have the 54g its actually a very good, and very reliable,

the other is good as well i beleve that ether one is a very good choice

Be careful with a Linksys, since the v5's are completely different than predecessors. Like half the memory different.

54G's are weak as far as modern routers are concerned, they work but almost anything is better. unless its an old one.
