Looking for a cheap motherboard

Recently I received an old computer that the previous owner said was broken. I'm pretty sure that the motherboard is the problem, but I don't want to spend a lot of money replacing it. Here is the catch though, I want something I can overclock with. The processor is a P4 1.8a. It doesn't even have to be new. I'll buy a used one off of eBay if that's the best way to go. Thanks for any help!
