Must be automatic transmition, must have air conditioning, everything else I don't care for.

Car must MUST be in good condition, no rips in the interior, cracks in the dash, or dents/scratches in paint job or body.

If the price is right however, I will take it with some flaws.

If you have a '91+ celica, let me know your offer also!

Or a '94+ honda civic!

(I finally got a job, so now I'll be able to pay for the car ^_^ TOOK long enough :/ )

What trim?

$5K is pretty low for any '95 Eclipse, though the GS & RS levels might yield something.

The gem of the Eclipse line, the GS-X, is roughly double that.

Looking for an RS or GS, Edmund's Appraisal has a Private Party Value of a '95 eclipse with 100,000 miles on it $4,600. (RS, all power, ac, at)

I'll add a super charger myself, the stock turbo isn't that great, it's not bad, but it's not great either... Plus, I like super chargers a lot more.. Immediate start off is what I like.

They are aging a bit now, going on 7 years, so I don't think it's that bad to ask for less than $5000.

I don't know where you are at, but around here you'll never find a 95 Eclipse for $5000. Those things are popular in Chitown....

so you're gonna get a 95 eclipse, base, auto...and put in a supercharger. why not just get the far superior GS-X for that same cost?

Only the GS-T & GS-X versions are turbo-charged.

If you plan on super-charging it, for God's sake get the GS-X. Even if you have to get one generation older, the AWD drivetrain will handle the power MUCH better.

when I said the stock turbo isn't that great, I meant the turbo on the GS-T and GTX trims.
I know the RS/GS doesn't have turbo. The GSX and GS-T trims would set me over $5000, and that's kind of all I get for the car.

Autotrader.com has a bunch of eclipses under $5000, it's just that the good ones are about a million miles away, and it would cost $3 million to ship it to where I live.

RS - 140hp / 130 torque
GS - 140hp / 130 torque
GS-T - 210hp / 200 torque
GS-X - 210hp / 200 torque all wheel drive

supercharging an engine with 100,000 miles already on it may not be the best idea. that's already a lot of wear and tear, that SC ain't gonna help either. having to use 91 octane all the time may stress your wallet more than you think. gl though.
