looking for a cheap board to buy

i am looking for a motherboard to buy . it must be p35,p43 or p5. maybe G33 or G35 if you find that requirement.

i have e8400 cpu.


this is my requirement:

5 or 6 sata
either have esata or firewire port

as cheap as possible
it must be available in most stores
easy to overclock
must have at least 2/3 pcie, 2/3 pci and 1 graphic pcie x16


i am basically use this pc for htpc.




please give me as much as suggestion as possible.
