I am looking for a case, it should have a window, and as many fan placement places as possible, and for no more than $100.

Thanks :)

Thanks :) Nothing there interests me though, doesn't seem like that would be sufficient cooling on any of them... Or maybe I am just being picky!

There's two 80mm fan mounts at the front and two more in the back of the SX1040, which all of those cases were (or clones). What do you have in mind for 'ample cooling'?

Well, no, there doesn't have to be. If you really want a blowhole, they're not hard to add. What you can do is cut the metal around the two intake fans (the grate) so it's just a circular hole (you can do the same ot that back, too, if you like, and ass 80mm wire grills for less restriction), this will greatly improve your airflow and reduce your air turbulence and noise. I recommend this to everyone, not just if you want 'extra' airflow. You could use a dremel or even wire or tin snips with perfect success :)
You could run 2 quiet intake fans and 2 quiet exhaust fans and get perfectly adequate airflow with minimal noise.
Does this help you, or did you have something specific as pertains to airflow in mind?

I've seen your HP with the added fans- how many fans total do you have in that system and at what temperature (case and cpu)?

First off I'd like to thank you for your help :D

and secondly, I have no temperature measuring device for this computer :-( I just ran SiSoft and it said my board temperature was 55 degrees C. But keep in mind behind all those fans is alot of metal, the motherboard is under all that. The fans were mainly implemented for the drives. I am going to have my fans run on high for a few mins and reply back the temps just to see if they do change.

Thirdly, I think I like this case :) Maybe w/ two blue cathodes?

Thanks again!

lol when I turned the fans on the only thing that changed was the temperature of my psu ^^. I think my temperature monitors are broken, since one of them says i am running at 260degrees F

Heh, yeah, there's definitely something amiss there :)

That case looks fine- I don't see it for anywhere near that price anywhere else, and it has space for four fans as well, as I'm sure you noticed :) You'll want to pick up 2 more fans- maybe some led fans for the rear exhausts to see through the window?
You have a power supply lined up, too, then (as that case doesn't come with one)?
Speaking of which, do you have all your components lined up for your new case?

And you're welcome :)

I think it's that cheap because it does not come with a PSU, and as of right now my plan is to take my HP out of commision, since I only have one monitor... So i'll take everything out of there. If at one point I do get another monitor, then I have a bunch of compy parts laying around. Thanks again for all of your help :D
